Ok… I just got mine today.. and they look totally natural already… which is just what I wanted. DR.TAVAKOLI did mine. And let me just say he doesn’t get featured in every cosmetic mag in australia for nothing… HE DID AN AMAZING JOB!! like i said, totally natural looking
OK, so i was a small to medium B cup and i wanted a full C cup. During the consolation he was very upfront and honest with me. He is a really friendly guy and I felt totally comfortable around him. I initially wanted teardrop implants but wasn’t so sure about the whole rotation deal and also they are a tad firmer than the round implants due to their texture they must have. I am very active and I surf so that made me more indecisive. He steered me in the right direction saying that ” the round will eventually drop into a slight teardrop anyway and also said that my breasts were already teardrop shaped so i needed upper pole fullness (otherwise there would be nothing up there). He also mentioned because I’m young and active there would be more chance or rotation. So i agreed to the 375 cc round implants (behind the muscle to avoid the round balls on the chest look). Surprisingly the 375 cc was a small D but it looked great on me (large but not out of proportion)

Go to local hospital and ask some doctors who have relevant subject with skin or beauty ,I am sure they now a lot information about it and I think that is quite reliable
